DateMoyr Constructor

Initializes a DateMoyr from a variety of dates or a string.

There are five constructors for the DateMoyr class. The month and year of the date can be set to default values, values from an existing boost::gregorian::date (a date with month, day, and year) or DateMoyr, values parsed from a string, or values from two separate integers.

	DateMoyr::DateMoyr ()	Initializes the month and year to zero.
	DateMoyr::DateMoyr (boost::gregorian::date&)	Initializes the month and year from a boost::gregorian::date.
	DateMoyr::DateMoyr (DateMoyr&)	Initializes the month and year from another DateMoyr.
	DateMoyr::DateMoyr (std::string&)	Initializes the month and year by parsing a date string (as mo/year).
	DateMoyr::DateMoyr (unsigned, unsigned)	Initializes the month and year from specified values.
