QtrYear Constructor

Initializes a QtrYear, either as a default or from a variety of calendar instances.

There are five constructors for the QtrYear class. The quarter and year can be set to default values (0), values from a boost::gregorian::date or DateMoyr instance, values from an array of integers, or values from two separate integers.

	QtrYear::QtrYear (boost::gregorian::date&)	Initializes the quarter and year from a boost::gregorian::date.
	QtrYear::QtrYear (DateMoyr&)	Initializes the quarter and year from a DateMoyr.
	QtrYear::QtrYear (unsigned)	Initializes the quarter and year from an array of size 2.
	QtrYear::QtrYear (unsigned, unsigned)	Initializes the quarter and year from two specified values.
