assign Method

Sets data for specified years.

There are two versions of this function. The data can be set from a given constant, or from another DoubleMonth.

	Name	Description
	DoubleMonth::assign (double, int, int)	Sets data for specified years to a given constant.
	DoubleMonth::assign (DoubleMonth&, int, int)	Sets data for specified years from another DoubleMonth.
