assign Method

Sets data for a range of years.

There are three versions of this function. The data can be assigned from a constant, from a FloatMonth, or from another FloatQuarter.

	Name	Description
	FloatQuarter::assign (float, int, int)	Sets data for specified years.
	FloatQuarter::assign (FloatMonth&, QtrYear&, QtrYear&)	Sets data for specified years.
	FloatQuarter::assign (FloatQuarter&, int, int)	Sets data for specified years.
