assign Method

Functions to assign data for a range of years.

There are two versions of the assign method. In both versions, the range of years is specified by two arguments. The other argument, supplying the data to be copied, can be a constant integer or another IntAnnual.

	Name	Description
	IntAnnual::assign (int, int, int)	Sets data for specified years from one value that is constant for all years.
	IntAnnual::assign (IntAnnual&, int, int)	Sets data for specified years from another IntAnnual.
