Writes the output strings to the specified device.

Description

There are two versions of the print method. They write the output strings to either an Outfile (which contains an output stream) or a specified output stream.

PageOut::print (Outfile&) 
Prints the output strings to the specified Outfile.  
 
PageOut::print (std::ostream&) 
Prints the output strings to the specified stream.
