Sets catch-up benefit increases.

Description

There are two versions of this function. The one with a Catchup argument sets the current data to that data. The one without a Catchup argument uses data stored for the specified alternative.

Sets catch-up increases with specified alternative, using the data stored for the specified alternative. 
 
CatchupNonFile::setData (int, Catchup&) 
Sets catch-up increases, storing the data for the specified alternative from the Catchup, then setting the current data to that data.
