writeBeginTable Method

Writes the HTML for the start of a table.

There are two versions of this function. The one with one argument specifies the width of the table. The one with three arguments also specifies the caption and title of the table.

	OutFileHTML::writeBeginTable (std::string&)	Writes the html for the start of a table, without a caption.
	OutFileHTML::writeBeginTable (std::string&, std::string&, std::string&)	Writes the html for the start of a table, with a caption.
