Applies maximum family benefit to family's benefits in a life case.

Benefits for all family members.

Number of family members.

Year of rounding. 
double mfb 
Maximum family benefit. 
double pia 
Primary insurance amount. 
double totalBenefit 
Total family benefit before applying maximum. 
Remarks

The worker's pia is subtracted from the mfb before applying the mfb to the auxiliaries' total benefits.
