Sets support pia, if applicable pia is special minimum and there is delayed retirement credit involved.
void setSupportPia();
Delayed retirement credit cannot be applied to a special minimum pia, but it can be applied to the support pia (the next-highest pia) when calculating the old-age benefit or widow(er) benefit.
