Prepares MFB calculation in a string table.

Parameters	Description
const PiaMethod& piaMethod	Pia calculation method number.
const double portionPiaElig[]	Portion of pia in each mfb formula interval.
const PercMfb& percMfb	Mfb formula percentages.

This version does not handle the DI family maximum.
