Establish controls for the orderly processing of the case by adding it to the Case Processing Management System (CPMS) and the Office of Hearings and Appeals Case Control System (OHACCS).
When adding a case to CPMS, follow the procedures set forth in the CPMS User Manual. Go to http://ohaweb.ba.ssa.gov/ohanet/CPMS/index.html.
When adding a case to OHACCS, follow the procedures set forth in the OHA Case Control System Handbook.
