Following approval and signature by the two AAJs, the branch support staff will mail copies of the decision with covering notice to the claimant and representative. Branch staff will also make systems inputs into the appropriate case control systems. This includes, when appropriate, the following inputs into the OHA CCS system:
Disposition Code (all decisions).
Partially Favorable Indicator (partially favorable decisions).
Reversal Reason Codes (all reversal decisions).
DAA Indicator (all disability decisions).
Regulation Basis Code(s) (all favorable and partially favorable decisions).
Impairment Code(s). (all favorable and partially favorable decisions).
The AC Decision Coding Sheet, which is completed by the analyst, will provide the branch support staff with the relevant coding information (see I-3-8-91).
