The CCPRB staff delivers the hearing recording(s) and a completed requisition form to the Contracts Staff (see I-4-1-107). A clerk in Contracts Staff must enter the case on the Audio Cassette Tracking Invoice and Inquiry (ACT II) system. The clerk must separate the recordings for the various contractors and prepare an inventory list for each contractor. The clerk then places the recordings and inventory list on a shelf for daily pick-up by the contractor.
