Explanation of Content and Changes

This transmittal revises:

• I-2-140 C., Terminal Illness, to reflect that the special TERI CASE flag is now form SSA-2200;

• I-2-140 D., Critical Case Identification, to make minor editorial changes;

• I-2-140 E., Reporting and Expediting Procedures (HO), to reflect that HOs may order forms SSA-2000 through usual channels, and to correct the telephone number for the Division of Field Operations and Liaison in the Office of the Chief Administrative Law Judge;

• I-2-140 G., Completion of HO or RO Action, to provide the correct address for sending Office of Disability and International Operations jurisdiction favorable and partially favorable ALJ decisions in critical cases not involving terminal illness (Critical cases) and critical cases involving terminal illness (TERI cases) for effectuation; and

• I-2-190 Samples, to remove Sample 6, TERI CASE flag.
