Background

This transmittal amends chapter I-4-3 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual by removing sections moved to I-4-7.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-3 is amended as follows:

I-4-3-80 – We moved the instruction without modification to HALLEX I-4-7-1 and removed the section in its entirety.

I-4-3-83 – We moved the instruction without modification to HALLEX I-4-7-5 and removed the section in its entirety.

I-4-3-84 – We moved the instruction without modification to HALLEX I-4-7-15 and removed the section in its entirety.
