What's New

This is a summary of the latest changes and updates to the Electronic Records Express Website. Summaries for past maintenance releases will be available up to 12 months.

July 2008


  • New Feature - Track Submissions
    In an effort to improve the users' experience on the Electronic Records Express Website, we have implemented the following new enhancement:
    • Users can now track the status of submissions through the website.

    This enhancement will now be available via the following links:
    • Track Status of Submissions (providers, authorized representatives, etc.)
    • Customer Status Inquiry (DDS staff, ODAR staff, etc.)

December 2007


  • New Features
    The following new enhancements have been implemented:
    • A search text field was added above the doctor list to easily sort through the doctor list.
    • A State drop-down was added for the ease of sorting through the Send Transcription Report to Doctor Destination drop-down.
    • Pickup Files has now been changed to Pickup Transcription Reports.
    • The number shown in the parenthesis, () of Inbox and Trash signifies how many files have not been opened / read yet.
    • Files that have not been read will be displayed in bold.
    • Added 'Pending' folder in Secure Messaging for messages still pending for virus scan.
    • Changed the folder name from "Quarantine" to "Blocked" in Secure Messaging.
    • Removed the 'Home', 'Logout', 'ERE Home', and 'Changed Password' links from Secure Messaging to be consistent with the rest of ERE.
    • In Secure Messaging, when "All" is selected on a mailbox view, 'Preview', 'Next' links would not appear below the drop-down.
    • Changed the 'Message Accepted' page of Secure Messaging to convey exactly what action has been done, 'Sent' or 'Save'.
    • Updated Review / Submit CE Reports to have checkboxes for a user to mark more than one pre-loaded file to be deleted.
    • Added the 'Submitted' page in Access Electronic Requests and Access Doctor's Electronic Requests.
    • Masked the SSN in Access Electronic Requests and Access Doctor's Electronic Requests.
    • Added a new role on the registration page, 'Receive Transcription Reports' for a doctor to be added to the Send Transcription Report to Doctor doctor drop-down list.

August 2007


  • Maintenance Release
    The following changes were implemented during the Maintenance Release:
    • DMA routing for site S74 in the Send Response for Individual Case drop down list was modified.
    • The Home page was updated to fix an error which was being displayed when the page was initially loaded for some Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox users.
    • The System Message error page for the "Prepare CE report for Doctor" function which is displayed when a user does not have any relationships was modified to insure the page was fully displayed.
    • The website has been updated to insure users do not receive an error page when they click on the email link in a cancelled electronic request notification.
    • Added new ODAR and FEDRO destinations.
