Consultative Exam (CE) Services
The Electronic Records Express website provides a variety of functions to facilitate the delivery of
medical evidence (from providers to DDS/OHA offices) and the exchange of general
evidence and information between individual users and organizations. Not all users
have access to all the website functions. In general, if the link for the function appears
on the home page, it implies that you have been authorized to use that
function. Please contact your Professional Relations Officer (PRO) to request access
to functions for which you are currently not authorized.
Review/Submit CE Reports
This function is part of a feature labeled "CE Admin Upload" in which Doctors can delegate
the gathering and preparing of a CE submission to any of their administrative staff.
This particular link allows Doctors to review and submit CE submissions that have been
prepared by their administrative staff.
Pickup Doctor's Transcription Reports
This function is part of a feature labeled "CE Admin Upload" in which Doctors can delegate
the gathering and preparing of a CE submission to any of their administrative staff.
This particular link allows a Doctor's administrative staff to directly download transcription
reports from the Doctor's website Inbox.
Prepare CE Report for Doctor
This function is part of a feature labeled "CE Admin Upload" in which Doctors can delegate
the gathering and preparing of a CE submission to any of their administrative staff.
This particular link allows a Doctor's administrative staff to prepare a CE report and send it
to the appropriate Doctor for later review and submission by the Doctor to the requesting office.
Send CE Report
Allows Doctors to upload medical reports in response to Consultative Examination requests.
This function allows the Doctor to certify the submission online via an Electronic Signature
on an auto-generated Signature Attestation document.
Send CE Report(s) with Scanned Signature
Allows Doctors to delegate the submission of Consultative Examination reports to their
administrative staff. Doctors would physically sign the hardcopy of the medical reports, and
staff personnel would scan and submit these reports via this function. Although this process
is rather involved when compared to the normal CE upload function, it greatly reduces
the workload on Doctors, enabling them to concentrate on treating patients.
Send CE No Show Response
Allows Doctors and their administrative staff to submit a response (including a reason
and additional information) to a Consultative Examination request indicating that the
patient did not show.
