Baby Jacob and Baby Isabella issued a joint statement thanking Americans for “their support and good taste.” They also urged fans to “check out www.socialsecurity.gov/extrahelp to learn about a new ‘twist’ in the law that may help an older relative or neighbor get an average of almost $4,000 of extra help with Medicare prescription drug costs.” For several years, Social Security has linked the popular baby names announcement with information about the extra help program, and the result has been a substantial increase in applications for this valuable assistance. Social Security’s Online Services—Still the Best
In the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey, Social Security’s online Retirement Estimator and Benefit Application remain in the top two spots, each with a score of 90, and the Help with Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Costs Application placed third with a score of 87. Chubby Checker Twists Through Decade’s Top Names; Promotes Extra Help

He also reminds viewers about the Extra Help Social Security offers to people with Medicare who need help with their prescription drug costs.
