Employment Network (EN) Checklist

When meeting with a prospective EN for the first time, please bring these items to make your visit as productive as possible.

If you don't have some of these items, don't worry — your EN will help you.

  • School records or relevant education records;
  • Work History (wages/salary, dates and time period) — this can include volunteer work, internships, and part-time jobs;
  • Resumé (if you have one);
  • Reference letters (both professional and personal);
  • List of work goals or ideas about the kind of work you are interested in — include the jobs or places of work that interest you;
  • Benefits history (include types of benefits you are receiving); and
  • If working, your current employer's contact information.

This is a general checklist. You may need more or less information depending on your individual goals and requested services.
