Topic: Deliberations on Annual Report

Motion: The Panel moved, seconded, and passed the following motion: The Panel recommends that SSA conduct a thorough review of its operational policies and procedures to insure that outdated practices are revised to support smooth implementation of the Ticket Program and other work incentives.

Motion: The Panel moved, seconded, and passed a motion to approve the Annual Report to the President and Congress.
