Deborah Morrison, Designated Federal Officer, called the teleconference to order at approximately 1:30 p.m. and turned the teleconference over to Chair, Sarah Wiggins Mitchell.

Welcome, Introductions and Review of Agenda
Purpose: To discuss Panel's response to the Notice of Proposed Rule Making on "Expedited Reinstatement", the Panel advice report on Employment Network issues and the Panel's Annual Report.

Motion: The Panel, moved, seconded, and approved to review the Notice of Proposed Rule Making on “Expedited Reinstatement” statutory requirements of the Ticket to Work program.
Motion: The Panel moved, seconded, and approved the support of preparing a separate communication to the Commissioner regarding recommended modifications to statutory regulations and administrative needs.
Motion: The Panel moved, seconded, and approved moving forward with the Employment Advisory Report that will be sent to Congress and to the Commissioner. Additionally, the Panel moved to also submit a copy of the report to the President of the United States.
Action: All panel members are to provide suggestions to add language that is more “positive” in nature.
The teleconference adjourned at approximately 4:00 pm.
