Subject: Initial Processing of a Request for Hearing
Background
This transmittal amends section I-2-0-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update general information about the hearing operation.
Explanation of Content and Changes
Section I-2-0-2 is amended as follows:
I-2-0-2 – We changed the title to “Hearing Operation – In General” to more accurately reflect the information in the section. We organized the information into two subsections titled “Authority” and “General Organization of the Hearing Operation,” and updated the information in the section.
