Background
As part of a comprehensive reorganization of Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law manual Volume I, Division 3, this transmittal amends chapter I-3-9 to add a new section and to change the title of the chapter.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We retitled chapter I-3-9 to “Reopening and Post-Adjudicative Actions” and added one section as follows:
I-3-9-95 – We relocated the content previously in I-3-7-50 to this section. We also corrected a cross reference and made one minor wording modification in subsection B.
