If You Receive Your Payment by Direct Deposit

Nearly all payments issued by Direct Deposit will arrive as scheduled. If your payment is delayed, please contact your financial institution. If your financial institution is not operating, please see "If You Did Not Receive Your Payment" below.

Direct Express Cardholders

For recipients in the affected areas who receive their payment through a Direct Express card, payments will be posted to Direct Express cards on your scheduled payment date.

If You Did Not Receive Your Payment

If you do not receive your September 1 check by September 15, 2017, please contact a local field office.

If you are receiving mail delivery and do not receive your September 13 check, please contact a local field office. If you are not receiving mail delivery, please check with your post office first.

You can check to see if your local field office is closed. If closed, please call us toll-free at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778).
