CE Admin Upload
The CE Admin Upload feature allows Providers to delegate the gathering of
CE reports and preparing submissions to their administrative staff.
Through this feature, a Provider's administrative staff will have the following abilities:
- Directly access their Provider's transcription reports via the website
- Directly access their Provider's electronic CE requests via the website
- Prepare responses for CE requests for later review and submission by the Provider
Through this feature, a Provider will have the following abilities:
- Review prepared responses
- Delete responses that are inaccurate or incorrect
- Approve and submit correct responses to the requesting office
- Modify prepared responses before submitting
Note: It is the Provider's responsibility to keep track of their administrative
staff. Providers must inform their respective Electronic Records Express sponsors when
an administrative staff member leaves or a new one joins so that website relationships
between Providers and their staff can be kept up to date.
