Tracking Number

The Tracking Number is the unique number assigned to the original submission, upon making a successful submission to ERE.

To view detailed information about a specific submission, select the column header to sort the results in alphanumeric order by Tracking Number.

Date and Time (ET)

The Date and Time (ET) is when the submission was submitted.

Select the column header to sort the results in ascending or descending order by date or time.

Status

The Status is the overall status of the submission. Possible statuses are: Sent, Error, Contacted, and Processing. The Sent status indicates that ERE has finished processing the submission and the submission has been sent to its destination (i.e. the site code entered by the user).

The Error status indicates that ERE has finished processing the submission and the submission has been found to have an error. Examples of errors are: one or more of the uploaded documents has a virus; one or more of the uploaded documents is password protected; one or more of the uploaded documents is corrupted; etc. More details about the error will appear in the File Status column below. These submissions will not be sent to their destinations. Someone from the ERE Customer Support Team will be in touch with the user regarding this failed submission.

The Contacted status indicates that ERE has finished processing the submission and the submission has been found to have an error, and someone from the ERE Customer Support Team has been in touch with the user regarding this failed submission.

The Processing status indicates that the ERE backend is still processing and preparing the submission to be sent to its destination.

Select the column header to sort the results in ascending or descending order by status.

Site Code

Select the column header to sort the results by a particular site, in alphanumeric order.

SSN (Last 4)

Select the column header to sort the results by the last 4 digits of the SSNs, in numerical order.

RQID



The RQID is the Request ID that was entered by the user for that submission. The RQID field is a case sensitive field.

If the response was submitted as part of a bulk upload (such as Send Grouped Response or Send Report(s) with Scanned Signature) this column will be blank.
