Select the link to view and download files from your client's electronic folders.
You will need the following information:
- The SSN of your client
- Your text-enabled cell phone
After selecting the link, you will receive a one-time password (SMS text message) at the text-enabled cell phone number you previously provided. This temporary, single-use code is only valid for 10 minutes. After entering the one-time password, you will be able to enter the SSN of your client.
Pick up Files
It may take up to 48 hours for your files to be ready for download to your computer. When your files are ready for pick-up, you
will receive an e-mail. Select the link to retrieve the files you requested from the client's eFolder. You can also view the status of download requests.
Get Status Reports
This link provides you the ability to view and download status information for your cases pending the Hearing Office and Appeals
Council levels.
