I-1-7-6.Class Action Implementation - Overview

Class action implementation at OHA will proceed according to the following principles unless a court requires specified implementation procedures or different procedures have been negotiated with plaintiffs' counsel in settlement. Implementation with respect to a specific class action case is and will continue to be described in a Temporary Instruction (TI) tailored to each individual case.
