Background

This transmittal removes sections from chapter I-4-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in chapter I-4-0.

Explanation of Content and Changes

HALLEX I-4-1 is amended as follows:

I-4-1-30 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-3-1.

I-4-1-31 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-3-5.

I-4-1-32 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-3-10.

I-4-1-33 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-3-15.

I-4-1-35 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-3-20.

I-4-1-80 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-0-10.

I-4-1-116 – We removed the section in its entirety because the information was moved to HALLEX I-4-0-20.
