Chapter: I-4-2
Subject: Preparing the Certified Administrative Record
This transmittal amends section I-4-2-20 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to remove outdated information on retyping and tracing documents.
HALLEX I-4-2-20 – In subsection E.2.a., we clarified our internal procedure for determining whether it is necessary to obtain missing exhibits when preparing the administrative record. We deleted subsection E.5. to remove outdated instructions about retyping and tracing documents because these actions are no longer part of our business process. We also made minor editorial changes throughout.
