This transmittal removes section I-5-1-20 from the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law manual because the instructions are no longer necessary to carry out policy or procedure. The temporary instructions are obsolete based on regulatory changes identified in the final rule on “Setting the Manner for the Appearance of Parties and Witnesses at a Hearing” published in the Federal Register at 84 FR 69298.
