Cohen Building postcard

This postcard from the late 1930s showed what was planned as the headquarters
of the Social Security system. However, SSA never took possession of the building,
and its main headquarters remains in Baltimore, Maryland. The building still exits;
it currently is known as the Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Building, and it houses The
Voice of America.
