This transmittal adds section I-2-1-59 to the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to provide hearing level instructions regarding case assignment after a court remand.
Explanation of Content and Changes
I-2-1-59 – We titled the section “Identifying and Tracking Court Remands” and incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-2-8-18 B. We made minor formatting and editorial changes.
