This transmittal amends section I-2-1-24 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual following the archiving of form SSA-1695, “Identifying Information for Possible Direct Payment of Authorized Fees.”

Explanation of Content and Changes

I-2-1-24 – We updated the note in subsection A, which references issues relating to form SSA-1695, because that form is now obsolete.
