Subject: Administrative Law Judge Hearings
This transmittal creates two new sections in I-2-2 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to provide sample language which may be appropriate for use in the notice of hearing for cases that include a Disabled Widow(ers) Benefit (DWB) or a Child's Disability Benefit (CDB) claim.
HALLEX I-2-2-97 – We added a new section with sample language that may be appropriate for use in the notice of hearing for cases that include a DWB claim.
HALLEX I-2-2-98 – We added a new section with sample language that may be appropriate for use in the notice of hearing for cases that include a CDB claim.
