Background
This transmittal adds section I-3-1-3 to the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to provide instructions for handling a request for review when the hearing office re-activates a case before the Office of Appellate Operations (OAO) enters the request for review into the Appeals Review Processing System (ARPS).
