Background
This transmittal amends section I-3-2-11 in the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to make minor updates regarding exhibiting medical support staff (MSS) opinions when the Appeals Council issues a decision.
Explanation of Content and Changes
HALLEX I-3-2-11 – We made minor updates to sub subsection C.4. regarding exhibiting an MSS opinion, consistent with our current practice. We also made minor formatting and editorial changes.
