Background
This transmittal removes section I-3-0-71 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual because the information was incorporated in the new HALLEX section I-3-1-23.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We moved the content previously in HALLEX section I-3-0-71 to I-3-1-23 and completely removed I-3-0-71.
