Background
This transmittal amends section I-3-3-50 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual for consistency with updates to HALLEX I-2-2-45.
Explanation of Content and Changes
We made editorial corrections and formatting changes in HALLEX I-3-3-50 for consistency with HALLEX I-2-2-45. We also added general information about coding cases when the agency is considering issuing an Acquiescence Ruling.
