Subject: Denial of Request for Review
This transmittal amends Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual section I-3-5-25 to remove outdated guidance on split actions.
HALLEX I-3-5-25 – We removed subsection B3 in its entirety because our procedures relating to split actions are now reflected in new HALLEX I-3-2-60. We also made minor editorial changes throughout to improve readability.
