Background

This transmittal amends sections I-3-9-90 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update signature requirements for post-Appeals Council action correspondence.

Explanation of Content and Changes

I-3-9-90 – We updated the clearance signature requirement for when we receive a second request for review after the civil action period. We noted that those correspondence do not have a signature requirement.
