Subject: General Workup and Analysis Procedures
This transmittal amends section I-3-2-1 of the Hearings, Appeals and Litigation Law (HALLEX) manual to update procedures for general workup and analysis on requests for review.
I-3-2-1 – In Section A, NOTE 1, we removed the language stating that the Appeals Council will not act on a request for review for 25 days. We also made editorial changes for readability throughout this section.
