Explanation of Content and Changes
I-3-0-6 – We added a new section titled “Office of Appellate Operations Geographic Assignments and Telephone Numbers” and incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-103.
I-3-0-7 – We added a new section titled “Office of Appellate Operations Geographic Assignments” and incorporated information previously in HALLEX I-4-3-104.
