Background

Volume II, Part 4 of HALLEX contains preambles to selected regulations having significant impact on OHA. Adjudicators now have ready access through the Internet to preamble information contained in the final regulations published in the Federal Register. The Federal Register Online, beginning with Volume 60 (1995), is accessible at the following Government Printing Office website address: www.access.gpo.gov/#info. Because preamble information is readily available elsewhere, it is not necessary to continue to provide this information in HALLEX. Therefore, no further transmittals will be issued for Volume II, Part 4.
