Can I upload my medical records electronically through Upload Documents?

Yes. However, each submission cannot exceed 50 files, and each file cannot exceed 25MB. Note: As part of the routine medical review process, the State Disability Determination Service (DDS) will request all medical records (i.e., doctor and/or hospital) that you included in your application for disability benefits or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). If you wish to submit new evidence that was not provided during the initial application process Upload Documents can be used for this process.
