The Administrative Agreement was signed in London on February 13, 1984 by U.S. Ambassador Charles H. Price, II and by U.K. Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Baroness Young of Farnworth. The Supplementary Administrative Agreement was signed in London on June 6, 1996, by Timothy E. Deal, Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy and by William Marsden, U.K. Assistant Under Secretary of State.
