We are pleased to share several enhancements to my Social Security accounts that make it easier for claimants to access information, submit documents, and stay informed throughout the disability adjudication process.
A personal my Social Security account offers secure, convenient access to a variety of Social Security services online. Recent updates expand self-service options and help support more efficient case processing.
Submit Disability Adjudication Forms Online
Claimants can now complete and submit key disability adjudication forms, HA-4631 (Recent Medical Treatment), HA-4632 (Medication), and HA-4633 (Work Background), directly through their my Social Security account. Submitting these forms online ensures adjudicators receive important information timely and helps streamline case processing.
Access Notices Securely
Claimants can now view electronic copies of their hearing-related notices in the my Social Security Message Center. The following notices are now available:

Claimants may opt to receive email or text notifications when new documents are available. Paper notices will continue to be mailed to claimants and their appointed representatives. This enhancement supports faster case processing and timely communications.
Track Disability Claim Status Online
Claimants can track the status of their disability claims online through their my Social Security account. This tool provides updates regarding key milestones at the Hearing and Appeals levels. Claimants have greater visibility into their cases and can stay informed about important developments and next steps.
We encourage you to share this information with your colleagues, clients, and communities. If the individuals you serve do not have a my Social Security account, they can create one at www.ssa.gov/myaccount.
