I-1-0-3. The HALLEX Audience

HALLEX communicates OHA guiding principles and procedures to OHA adjudicators; i.e., Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), Administrative Appeals Judges (AAJs) and Appeals Officers (AOs), and to their support staff.

HALLEX serves as a reference source for staff throughout OHA; however, each division and part addresses a primary audience.

A. Volume I

The primary audience for each division of Volume I is as follows:
