Chapter: I-4-3
Subject: Court Remands
Since September 29, 2006, the Office of Appellate Operations (OAO) instituted several personnel changes within the Disability Program Branches (DPB) and Court Case Preparation and Review Branches (CCPRB). On January 2, 2007, OAO instituted a revision in the terminal digit jurisdictional breakdowns regarding DPBs 17 and 25. Subsequently, OAO also instituted other revisions in the terminal digit jurisdictional breakdowns. We are updating the OAO geographic assignment lists in HALLEX I-4-3-103 and I-4-3-104.
This transmittal revises I-4-3-103 and I-4-3-104 to provide updated information on the OAO geographic assignment lists.
